01 / WHO HANDLES REFUNDS
Paddle handles transaction refunds.
When sales open, Paddle plans to sell CrossFlow to the buyer as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds, withdrawals, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled under the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable law.
CrossFlow may investigate a product issue and give Paddle its recommendation, but will not bypass Paddle to refund a buyer's card or payment account directly.
02 / REQUEST A REFUND
How to make a request
- Open Paddle Buyer Support.
- Use the purchase email and Paddle order/transaction information to locate the order.
- Describe the reason, device systems, CrossFlow version, and whether the product has been downloaded or activated.
- For installation, compatibility, or product defects, also send reproducible information through the CrossFlow support hub; never post payment details publicly.
Paddle decides full or partial refund eligibility under its policy, the terms at purchase, usage, and non-waivable local consumer rights.
03 / DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products and withdrawal rights
Some regions grant statutory withdrawal or refund rights for digital content, which may change after the buyer expressly consents to immediate delivery and starts downloading or using it. Exact rights follow the consent shown by Paddle Checkout, Paddle policy at purchase, and mandatory local law. This page does not reduce any non-waivable consumer right.
04 / PRODUCT PROBLEMS
Preserve evidence and do not pay twice.
If payment succeeds but no receipt or delivery arrives, check spam and the Paddle order status before buying again. If installer trust, system requirements, licensing, or a core capability differs from the order description, preserve version, system, and error evidence and contact both support routes.
A security, privacy, or input-control incident triggers product pause gates. Use private security reporting and never include sensitive content in a public issue.
05 / POLICY CHANGES
The policy at purchase controls that transaction.
Paddle may update its refund policy. Each transaction follows the Paddle policy in effect at purchase, its order summary, and mandatory law. CrossFlow updates the effective date for material changes to this page.
