01 / OPERATOR
Who provides CrossFlow
CrossFlow is operated and supplied by the independent software brand Muiao. Cross Platform Flow and CrossFlow both mean the desktop-software product described on this site. Before live sales, the legal identity verified by Paddle will appear at checkout and in transaction records; this page will not substitute an unverified company name.
There is no purchasable product today, so visiting this page, reviewing sale readiness, or joining a future test does not create a paid contract.
02 / PRODUCT AND STATUS
Product and release status
CrossFlow is a local-network software KVM that lets one keyboard and mouse work across supported Mac and Windows devices. The first public target is Apple Silicon macOS 15+ with Windows 11 x64. Only capabilities verified for a specific release and listed on its product page, release notes, or order summary form part of delivery.
Clipboard history, file transfer, native drag-and-drop, other CPUs/operating systems, and planned work do not become purchase deliverables merely because they appear in a roadmap, test build, or development log.
03 / PADDLE PURCHASES
Future purchase relationship
When sales open, CrossFlow plans to use Paddle as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. The buyer pays through Paddle Checkout and contracts with Paddle for the transaction, payment, tax, and receipt; CrossFlow remains the product supplier responsible for software licensing, delivery, and product support.
A purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms shown at checkout, these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Refund Policy. Specific price, billing interval, quantity, and license scope in the order summary and Paddle catalog take priority over general marketing text.
04 / LICENSE
Software license
Buyer count, device scope, commercial-use rights, duration, and included updates are not frozen, so no payment is accepted today. These fields will be added to the pricing page and checkout summary before sale.
Unless an order or applicable law says otherwise, the future software license will be limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. You may not resell a license, bypass technical restrictions, offer unauthorized commercial services using the software, or reverse engineer it except where contract restrictions are prohibited by law.
05 / BETA
Free Beta and high-risk use
Any free Beta, private candidate, or test build may contain defects, compatibility issues, and data-loss risks, and may change or end at any time. Do not use it for safety-critical, life-critical, unattended production control, or any setting where local input cannot be restored immediately.
Pairing, a successful connection, or an OS permission toggle does not mean input is ready. Users must read the version requirements, known limitations, permission guidance, and emergency-pause instructions.
06 / SUPPORT, WARRANTY, LIABILITY
Support and responsibility
CrossFlow provides installation, compatibility, and product-issue routes through the support hub. Security and privacy matters belong in the private channel. Unless an order makes a specific support commitment, no response time, continuous availability, or future feature is promised.
To the maximum extent applicable law permits, test builds are provided as-is. Warranties, remedies, and liability for a paid release are subject to its order, these terms, and non-waivable consumer rights. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07 / CHANGES AND CONTACT
Changes and contact
Material changes update the effective date. Changes materially adverse to completed transactions will be communicated as required by law and Paddle processes. Use the support hub for product matters and Paddle Buyer Support for payment or receipt questions.
