The Personal plan is in Paddle Sandbox end-to-end acceptance. CrossFlow manages the 14-day card-free product trial, which starts on first desktop activation; subscribing does not add a second Paddle trial.

02 / PURCHASE TRANSPARENCY

This must be clear before payment.

Product	A CrossFlow desktop-software license. The account service handles identity and access, while input, clipboard, and file data do not use a CrossFlow cloud relay.
Billing model	Personal offers monthly and yearly subscriptions, with the annual price equal to ten monthly payments. CrossFlow manages the 14-day card-free trial; the first server-confirmed paid conversion permanently consumes the account trial, and cancellation or refund does not restore unused trial time. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled through the Paddle portal opened from the account page.
Price and tax	Authorized Sandbox accounts use Paddle PricePreview for localized test pricing. Paddle separately calculates and displays applicable taxes at checkout. Live sales will use an isolated Live catalog.
Delivery	After release gates pass, the signed installer is an anonymous official download. Registration verifies the account but does not start the trial; only first desktop device activation does. Verified Paddle payment upgrades account access. A browser success page alone never proves entitlement.
Refunds	Sandbox creates no real charge or refund. After Live sales open, Paddle will handle refunds as Merchant of Record under the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
Support	Use the support hub for compatibility and ordinary issues; use private reporting for security and privacy.

03 / BEFORE LIVE CHECKOUT

Sandbox is connected. Product and payment gates must close together for Live.

Product releaseBidirectional input, first click, keyboard/IME, Portals, safe release, five working days, and trusted installation must pass on one signed RC.
Paddle accountBusiness/identity, domain, and catalog reviews must finish, with cpf.muiao.com approved to launch live checkout.

FulfillmentThe same signed installer becomes an anonymous official download after release gates pass and serves both trial and paid use. Only server-verified payment events may upgrade account access; a frontend callback never grants access by itself.
